NQ+ Solicitor / Associate – Construction (non-contentious) – London with hybrid working

Role
- Draft and negotiate project documentation and contracts including all standard form contracts and bespoke arrangements, with support as required
- Work across sectors including health, care, education, sustainability and renewables as well as real estate, housing & accommodation, property investment and commercial property
- Play an active role in business development
You
- NQ - 3 years PQE
- Experience of working in a construction or housing team
- Keen to develop knowledge of the construction industry
- Good knowledge of standard form contracts an advantage
