Role:
- Support with commercial and employment contracts across the business.
- Oversee legal risk management and compliance.
- Draft and review a wide range of commercial agreements.
- Advise on IP, privacy and data protection matters.
You should have c. 2-4 years PQE with strong experience of commercial agreements. Private practice/in-house/mixed background all welcomed.
A good understanding of IP ownership and licensing is essential. Biotech/pharma/medtech or general technology experience is an advantage.
We are looking for someone pragmatic and commercially focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
