Are you looking for a Senior role within an International law firm that delivers innovative solutions and has a good work/life balance?

Client: A US based law firm with offices internationally that is well established, yet building year-on-year growth.

Role:

  • To provide practical and creative legal counsel, while assisting clients in complying with regulatory, statutory and other legal mandates.
  • Advise companies, shareholders, investors and funders at all stages of the corporate life cycle on a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters.
  • Represent clients in connection with critical commercial contracts, such as joint ventures, licensing, distribution, franchising, research and development, contract manufacturing, partnering, logistics, sponsorship and branding.

You:

  • Senior 8+ PQE Corporate M&A lawyer who does mid-market deals and has work/clients to bring, to build your own offering from an existing book of business.
  • Experienced in negotiating, drafting and reviewing agreements of all types.
  • Advise on technology licensing, transfer and collaboration arrangements for information, life sciences and other technologies.
  • Ability to lead and work well with others along with balanced judgment, common sense, initiative and the capacity to confront and resolve a variety of situations.
  • Have an entrepreneurial passion and deliver responsive representation.
