A growing international law firm with a deep Tech capability, this is an excellent platform for an ambitious existing or potential Fintech Partner to develop their following with demonstrable support and firm backing.

Role:

  • Primarily focussed on the commercial and transactional elements of the market, supporting technology sector clients.
  • From licensing and outsourcing agreements through to software, data and AI matters, this would be a broad role with an opportunity to define your own specialism.
  • Leading on strategic advisory matters across the market.
  • A clear mandate to grow the practice and a team of specialists.
  • Support of not only the sector head, but confidence in the firm's wider support as part of their growth strategy.

You:

  • Partner or a senior solicitor who is ready to step up to partnership.
  • Ambitious with a significant existing client following.
  • Demonstrable success of developing both client business and ideally a team.
