An opportunity to take on a partnership role with an established firm in a top-tier Employment practice. This role can be based in any UK office, with frequent travel around Oxford, Cambridge, and London.

Role: A leadership role with responsibility for an existing book of business and to further develop this leading practice. The firm's clients range from colleges, institutional clients, global businesses, and SMEs to start-ups and high-net-worth individuals across a national practice. This role centers around the education sector, leading an experienced team. Working on a variety of (often complex) matters across the UK market with international elements.

You will need 10+ years PQE, prior experience providing sophisticated employment advice in the education sector, and demonstrable management of experienced teams. An interest in driving further growth and development of the practice is essential.
