Senior Associate –Construction (non-contentious)– London with hybrid working

Role
- Work on high-value construction projects mostly in the UK but also internationally, negotiating and drafting project documentation and contracts including all standard form contracts and bespoke arrangements
- Work across sectors includinghealth, care, education, sustainability and renewables as well as real estate, housing & accommodation, property investment and commercial property
- Supervise and mentor junior colleagues
- Play an active role in business development
You
- 6+ years PQE
- Experience of a wide range of non-contentious construction matters including all standard form contracts
- Experience with development, investors or housing and accommodation an advantage
