Client: An international science and technology group.
Role:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts/agreements.
- Providing high quality and pragmatic legal guidance on a wide range of matters across areas such as IP, corporate, employment and real estate.
- Wide commercial exposure across this growing business, working closely with an experienced legal team as day-to-day business partners across the group.
- Ad hoc commercial and corporate projects across the group's UK businesses.
You:
- 2+ years PQE solicitor with a commercial background.
- Experience of/an interest in working in the science/technology sector is an advantage, as is experience with service contracts.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Proactive and adaptable to relevant legal developments and regulation changes across sectors and geographies.
