A large specialist Agricultural Property team seek an Associate to join their team in Cambridge with hybrid working.

Client: A full service UK law firm, known for innovation and deep sector expertise.

Role:

  • Complex and varied work for a wide range of clients nationally, advising on a broad range of agricultural matters.
  • Manage and run acquisitions and disposals of farmland, estates and assist with diligence on strategic land projects whilst having a working knowledge of the relevant tax issues involved.
  • Offers high client exposure and responsibility from the outset.
  • Play an active role in business development activities.

You:

  • NQ+ solicitor.
  • Experience of Agricultural Property or Real Estate experience combined with a passion for developing into Agricultural property.
  • Proactive and commercially aware with excellent attention to detail.
