Do you want to be part of a growing team working with clients at the cutting edge of scientific research?
Based in the Cambridge office and involves working with clients in a variety of sectors, but with a focus on life sciences.
- Provide business-oriented advice and act for SMEs, larger PLCs and multi-national enterprises as well as start-ups, research institutes, charities and spin outs.
- Draft and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, and provide a full range of IP, commercial and regulatory advice to clients based locally and further afield in the wider UK sector and internationally, including in the US.
- Engage in business development activities.
- Excellent training and career development is on offer within a collegiate environment.
You:
- 3+ years PQE.
- The team sometimes acts as an external resource for overflow of in-house work. In-house experience can therefore be helpful but is not a requirement.
- Will thrive on close client contact and will relish the exposure to quality client contact right from the start.
- Excellent academics combined with proven experience in intellectual property and commercial work required and an interest in Life Sciences is desirable.
