Associate / Senior Associate – Public Sector Commercial – choice of office locations in East Anglia/Essex or potentially London, with hybrid working

A dynamic market-leading Public Sector team at a top full-service law firm
Role
- High quality work covering a broad range of non-contentious commercial matters for public sector clients and their partners
- Opportunity to develop and grow the practice and play an active part in business development
- Advising on a range of issues including local authority powers, public law matters and procurement with support as needed
- Depending on experience, you may be providing strategic advice on high profile projects and mainstream public sector matters
- Overseeing and supporting junior team members
You
- 2-8 years PQE solicitor with proven ability to manage a varied commercial contracts caseload
- Excellent client relationship skills with an aptitude for business development
- Able to think commercially and analytically under pressure to provide accurate and practical advice
- Knowledge and experience of procurement law and/or public law would be advantageous but not essential
