- Prepare and issue drawing submissions for external client approval, ensuring alignment with design intent, tender documentation, quality standards, and company policies.
- Ensure all project information meets required quality standards, incorporating relevant regulations, customer specifications, and internal policies.
- Coordinate and collaborate with architects, consultants, and other designers to ensure design integration and consistency.
- Take responsibility for meeting deadlines and managing workload effectively to align with project programmes.
- Conduct thorough self-checks of work prior to internal quality assurance review by the Design or Technical Manager.
- Release material orders and schedules according to the procurement schedule, promptly escalating any potential delays to the Design Manager.
- Work independently on defined tasks under limited supervision while maintaining accountability for deliverables.
- Attend on-site design meetings when required, supporting Lead Designers and the wider project team.
- Develop clear and concise site information packages to support project installation; where required, provide Toolbox Talks to communicate design intent to site teams.
