We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Air Conditioning Engineer to join a busy commercial maintenance team working across central and west London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Trainee with strong HVAC knowledge who is looking to gain further experience on a large commercial portfolio with plenty of overtime available.
The Role
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial buildings, working within landlord and tenant areas on high-profile blue-chip sites.
Key Duties
- PPM and reactive maintenance across HVAC systems
- Working on AC units, AHUs, FCUs and general HVAC plant
- Supporting maintenance of large commercial estates
- General building services maintenance tasks
- Working as part of a small, supportive engineering team
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in air conditioning / HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred)
- F-Gas qualified (2079 City & Guilds or equivalent)
- Must hold a valid UK driving licence
- Client-facing with a professional attitude
- Able to work methodically, under pressure, and to deadlines

Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 16:30
