Plumber / Mechanical Engineer (Commercial) – Central London & Surrounding Areas We are looking for a skilled Plumber / Mechanical Engineer to join a thriving and expanding team, maintaining and servicing mechanical plant rooms, pumps, boilers, TMVs, pressurization systems, cylinders, and Legionella control systems. Work is primarily reactive maintenance and PPMs, with minimal installation, covering Marylebone, Kew Gardens and other Royal Botanic Gardens sites. Package: * Salary: £45K–£50K DOE * Hours: Mon–Fri, 08:00–17:00 (call-out required) * Benefits: Pension, overtime, van & fuel card Key Responsibilities: * Carry out reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance * Service and maintain mechanical systems * Ensure health & safety compliance, including Legionella monitoring * Record and report work completed Requirements: * NVQ Level 2 in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) * Knowledge of Legionella legislation * G3 Unvented (desirable, not essential) * Proven experience in mechanical plant maintenance and PPMs Initial interviews will take place via Teams, followed by an in-person if successful.
