Mobile Maintenance Engineer – London – £48,000 + Travel** As a Mobile Maintenance Engineer, you will be covering Kensington & Chelsea carrying out PPM/reactive maintenance, statutory compliance and general building maintenance tasks on prestigious buildings housing blue chip clients. * £48,000 (DOE) * Oyster / travel card * Overtime available * Pension * 33 days holiday * Tools and training provided Requirements – 18th Edition qualified, driving licence and good maintenance knowledge including emergency lighting, fire alarms, FCU\’s, AHU\’s, HVAC plant and water treatment.
