We’re working with a well-established organisation providing heating and gas services across London and the Southeast, who are looking for an experienced Heating Supervisor to lead and support a regional team of engineers.
This is a hands-on supervisory position where you’ll be responsible for managing engineers, maintaining high standards of gas safety and compliance, supporting day-to-day operations and helping ensure residents receive a first-class service.
As Heating Supervisor, you will oversee a mobile team of heating and gas engineers working across London and the Southeast.
- Managing, supporting and motivating a team of Gas Engineers and Apprentices
- Providing technical support and guidance to engineers in the field
- Monitoring the quality and completion of reactive repairs, planned maintenance and boiler installations
- Carrying out quality audits and site inspections to ensure gas safety and compliance standards are maintained
- Supporting the scheduling and allocation of engineers across the region
- Managing and supporting the out-of-hours emergency heating and hot water rota
