We're looking for an experienced Head of Projects to lead our Electronic Security (CCTV & Access Control) Projects division.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you'll manage a team of 5 Project Managers and 3 Project Administrators, taking overall responsibility for the successful delivery of CCTV and Access Control projects across London and the South East.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of 5 Project Managers and 3 Project Administrators.
  • Oversee the delivery of multiple CCTV and Access Control projects.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
  • Manage project performance, resources and commercial delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Drive operational improvements across the Projects department.
  • Work with senior management to support business growth.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Head of Projects, Senior Projects Manager, Contracts Manager or Operations Manager within the Electronic Security industry.
  • Strong knowledge of CCTV and Access Control systems.
  • Proven experience managing Project Managers and large-scale projects.
  • Strong commercial and financial awareness.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
