We’re looking for an experienced Locksmith Manager to take over from our long-standing manager of 10 years. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key role within a well-established and growing security business.
The role: Based in our N11 office, you’ll act as the technical and operational lead for our locksmith and security team. You’ll support engineers in the field, oversee estimates, and help develop and grow the team.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to locksmith and security engineers
- Assist with estimating, particularly fire doors
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of engineers
- Oversee day-to-day technical queries and operations
- Help improve processes and service delivery
- Work closely with the wider team to maintain high standards
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a locksmith or security-related technical role
- Strong background in technical support or supervisory work
- Experience estimating fire doors (FIRAS accreditation is a bonus)
- Smart lock / electronic lock experience (strong advantage)
- Ability to train, mentor, and support engineers
- Organised, reliable, and confident communicating with both engineers and clients
