We are looking for an organised and proactive Project Support Administrator to join our growing Fire & Security team in Isleworth. Supporting the delivery of projects across CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms, Fire Detection & Alarm Systems, Intercoms, Gates and Barriers, you will work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Clients and Subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Project Managers and project teams.
- Maintain project documentation, drawing registers and filing systems.
- Issue drawings, specifications and project documentation.
- Manage document revisions and version control.
- Coordinate project meetings and support project reporting.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Update AutoCAD drawings and maintain revision histories.
- Produce as-installed and as-built drawings.
- Assist with O&M manuals and project handover documentation.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator or Document Control role.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Experience managing documentation and version control.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
Desirable
- Experience within the Fire & Security, Construction or Engineering sectors.
- Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms and Fire Alarm systems.
- Experience producing as-built drawings and O&M documentation.
