We’re looking for an experienced Head of Projects to lead our Electronic Security (CCTV & Access Control) Projects division.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you’ll manage a team of 5 Project Managers and 3 Project Administrators, taking overall responsibility for the successful delivery of CCTV and Access Control projects across London and the South East.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 5 Project Managers and 3 Project Administrators.
- Oversee the delivery of multiple CCTV and Access Control projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
- Manage project performance, resources and commercial delivery.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Drive operational improvements across the Projects department.
- Work with senior management to support business growth.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Head of Projects, Senior Projects Manager, Contracts Manager or Operations Manager within the Electronic Security industry.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV and Access Control systems.
- Proven experience managing Project Managers and large-scale projects.
- Strong commercial and financial awareness.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
