Electrical Supervisor

Electrical Supervisor – Beckenham – £55,000+ Package

We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join an electrical contractor based in Beckenham. You’ll manage a team of 5 electricians while staying hands on with installations, small works, and reactive projects across commercial and residential sites predominantly in the southeast London area.

Job description :

• Lead and support electrical installs and maintenance
• Supervise and motivate your team, delivering toolbox talks and spot checks
• Oversee apprentices, CPD, vehicle checks, and sub-contractors
• Ensure work is safe, efficient, and top-quality
• Prepare estimates and quotations.
• Complete and review all necessary certification and paperwork, including electrical installation certificates, test sheets, and compliance documentation

Requirements :

• JIB Gold Card
• City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing)
• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
• 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations
• Proven experience supervising a team
