Our client is seeking a proactive and hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee operations at a flagship site in Clacton-on-Sea. This is a dynamic leadership role responsible for managing a team of 15 across multiple departments, ensuring all buildings, grounds, and facilities are maintained to an exceptional standard while delivering a safe and efficient environment.
Key Responsibilities:
