Mobile Maintenance Engineer
Central London | £52,000 Basic + All London Travel Paid
A growing Facilities Management company is looking for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Engineer to work across a portfolio of commercial buildings in Central London.
This is a foot-mobile role, with all London travel paid. You'll carry out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites, with a varied workload and genuine opportunities for long-term progression.

The Role
- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
- Reactive maintenance and fault finding
- Mechanical and electrical maintenance
- AHUs, FCUs, pumps and motors
- Emergency lighting
- Plant room inspections and servicing
- Fault finding and diagnostics
- Working across multiple Central London sites
- Liaising with clients and site teams
Requirements
- Commercial building maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical or electrical engineering background
- Experience carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance
- Good fault-finding skills
- Knowledge of commercial building services
- Ability to work independently across multiple sites
- Good communication and customer service skills
This role would suit candidates currently working as a Mobile Maintenance Engineer, Foot Mobile Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Building Services Engineer, M&E Engineer or Commercial Maintenance Engineer.
