We are recruiting for an M&E Mobilisation Engineer to support the onboarding of new commercial building contracts across London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced M&E professional who enjoys site surveys, asset validation, technical reporting, and working closely with operational teams during contract mobilisation.
Working across a portfolio of commercial properties within the M25, you will play a key role in ensuring new sites are accurately surveyed, documented, and prepared for successful service delivery.
Job Description- Carry out asset validation surveys across new client sites.
- Produce detailed asset registers and technical reports.
- Identify and document building services defects and compliance issues.
- Assist with site mobilisation and contract set-up activities.
- Gather and review technical documentation, O&M manuals, and site records.
- Support the creation of planned maintenance schedules.
- Liaise with site teams, engineers, and clients throughout the mobilisation process.
- Ensure all information is accurately recorded and uploaded to internal systems.
- Experience within commercial building services, facilities management, or M&E maintenance.
- Mechanical or electrical engineering background.
- Ability to identify plant and equipment and assess condition.
- Experience producing technical reports and asset registers.
- Good understanding of compliance and maintenance requirements within commercial buildings.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital reporting systems.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
- Salary: £47,000
- Travel costs covered within Zones 1–2

- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
