We're recruiting an experienced Plumber to join an established team working on social housing maintenance contracts across SE London.

Responsibilities:
- Carrying out plumbing maintenance and repairs in domestic properties
- Diagnosing and repairing leaks, plumbing faults and heating issues
- Servicing and repairing radiators, pumps and motorised valves
- Carrying out power flushing on heating systems
- Completing work to a high standard and within required timescales
- Maintaining accurate job records and following health and safety procedures
Requirements:
- City & Guilds Level 2 Plumbing qualification or equivalent
- Experience in plumbing maintenance and repairs
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel across SE London
