We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager based in or near Brighton, with strong NICEIC knowledge and QS experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project and client management, overseeing day‐to‐day project delivery
- Line management and supervision of engineers and lead engineer/site supervisors
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, assessments, method statements, and industry standards
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety, quality, and environmental compliance
- Managing financial performance, including scheduling, cost negotiation, budgeting, and programme delivery
About You:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Commercial awareness with proven budget and programme management experience
