Our client is looking for an experienced Lead Surveyor (B&CE) to join their team in Tidworth. This is a hands-on role where you’ll assess building condition, identify issues, and deliver solutions across a diverse estate.

Job Description
- Conduct B&CE surveys, RFHI & ESTC inspections
- Assess building fabric and identify defects
- Advise on historic building preservation
- Prepare insurance reinstatement assessments
- Review and validate draft asset condition reports
Requirements
- Technician or Incorporated Engineer membership (ICE, IStructE, or equivalent)
- HNC/HND or equivalent qualification
- Trade background or 3+ years’ relevant experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong knowledge of building & CDM regulations
- Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills
