COLORIST Reports to: Writer-Director Engagement: Final stretch of post-production Location: UK ROLE SUMMARY Theatrical colour grading on a calibrated suite. Unifies the wildly varying colour science of AI-generated footage into a coherent theatrical look that holds up on a large screen. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop and apply the theatrical colour grade across the full runtime. • Unify colour science across footage generated from different models, sessions, and artists. • Establish and execute the LUT pipeline. • Deliver theatrical DCP colour masters. • Colour review sessions with the writer-director on calibrated theatrical-spec suite. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE • Senior theatrical colourist with multiple feature credits. • DCP delivery experience with theatrical-spec suite. • Strong eye for cinematic mood and cultural visual sensibility (Indian aesthetics). • Experience grading animation or VFX-heavy projects preferred.
