We are seeking a talented and creative Professional Florist to join our team. If you have a passion for floral design, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create floral arrangements for weddings, events, funerals, and daily orders
- Provide personalized consultations to customers
- Maintain freshness and quality of flowers and plants
- Manage inventory and place supply orders as needed
- Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Process customer orders in-store, by phone, or online
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a professional florist
- Strong knowledge of flowers, plants, and floral design techniques
- Creativity and artistic skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
