By integrating deep technical and industry knowledge with established methodologies and cutting-edge tax technologies, they work with a wide range of large and complex multinational companies (predominantly FTSE and significant inbound businesses) to develop and implement effective, practical, and sustainable tax strategies.
The opportunity:
Following significant growth and high-profile client wins, we are seeking an experienced and driven Corporate Tax Manager in our Reading Office. This role offers the chance to work on some of the largest and most exciting clients in the market, supporting them as they navigate an increasingly complex tax environment.
Your key responsibilities:
- Grow and maintain relationships with both existing and new clients
- Manage the successful delivery of technically complex tax advisory, compliance, and reporting engagements
- Involvement in tax audit engagements
- Provide exceptional client service, ensuring quality
- Collaborate with other tax specialist teams
- Expand networks and relationships internally and externally
- Supervise, coach, and mentor staff to develop their skills
- Lead team initiatives to ensure success
Skills and attributes for success:
- Significant experience in corporate tax, from practice or in-house
- Strong client relationship management skills

To qualify for the role, you must have:
- At least 4 years of experience as a corporate tax practitioner
- Qualifications such as ACA, CA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent
- Experience in tax accounting and tax audits
- Ability to interpret tax statutes
