Overview As an Assistant Director you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered to the highest standards within EY's Liquidity team, part of the Strategy and Transactions business.
Key Responsibilities Scope project delivery, agree approach with clients, and coach junior team members through delivery.
Manage the financial aspects of engagements: prepare budgets, organise staffing, track engagement economics, keep clients updated and communicate status to the project partner.
Develop new business by responding to client RFPs and building and leveraging internal and external networks.
Interface daily with multiple stakeholders across functions to understand transaction context and client business issues.
Communicate effectively with the engagement leader, client and wider team to deliver high‑quality work.
Coach and develop junior team members.
Collaborate with other EY specialists to broaden engagements and achieve optimal outcomes.
