Key Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor in supply chain areas such as operations, planning, procurement and manufacturing.
  • Lead problem‑solving for clients and project teams, managing projects to completion.
  • Develop relationships across multiple clients over time while maintaining focus on current project delivery.
  • Contribute to proposal development, showcasing leading practices and thought leadership.
  • Engage the market through public profile and enhance EY’s methodologies.
  • Collaborate across internal sectors and account teams to expand networks and bring expertise to bear.
  • Support successful delivery of projects and workstreams, forecasting to time and budget.
  • Ensure delivery quality exceeds client expectations by managing activities and deliverables.
  • Manage and develop staff, providing career counselling and nurturing talent.
  • Lead diverse high‑performing teams, fostering an inclusive environment and developing consultant and client capabilities.

Qualifications

Senior Managers must have practical experience from a Big 4 or consultancy, with a focus on Consumer Products & Retail, Energy & Resources, Manufacturing, Health & Life Sciences, and Telecommunication, Media & Entertainment.

Required Technical Skills

  • Supply Chain Transformation – experience on large‑scale end‑to‑end projects, including design, set‑up and delivery across people, process and technology.
  • Digital Supply Chain / Supply Chain Technology – implementation of planning, manufacturing and procurement systems, including RPA, cognitive automation and AI.
  • Supply Chain Planning – functional experience in demand, supply, S&OP, segmentation, inventory optimisation, plus technology exposure to OMP, Kinaxis, o9, Aera, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Commercial & Procurement – strategic, operational and transactional procurement across the purchasing lifecycle, including strategy, operating model, category management, contracting and procurement technology (SAP Ariba).

  • Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS)
  • International Association of Commercial & Contract Management (IACCM)
