Overview Senior Manager - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance identify and own technical delivery risks.
Oversee the implementation of D365, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Lead and review configuration, testing, and documentation activities; provide recommendations based on Microsoft best practices as required.
Remain well versed with the Microsoft stack (Lifecycle Services, Business Process Catalogue, Task Guides, Office, MS Office, etc.).
Evaluate and recommend ERP software solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry-leading practices.
Drive the presales phase of projects and own the solution Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, assessing potential impact on the organisation.
Mentor and train junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development.
Collaborate with Development and Testing teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client and user needs.
Lead multi-geography teams to ensure project timelines are met; manage nearshore and offshore teams for build activities such as configuration and testing.
Apply a structured approach to problem-solving and project execution; demonstrate excellent time management and communication skills.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
Strong understanding of business processes across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and human resources.
Experience as an architect in at least 3 end-to-end AX/D365 global rollouts; lead at least 1 functional area on multi-company, multi-country rollout programs.
In-depth knowledge of ERP modules, functionalities, solution architecture, and integration capabilities.
Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking; strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong knowledge of scoping and estimation processes.
Relevant professional qualifications are a plus (e. g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CMA/RC, CPA/RA or similar).
Flexibility and willingness to travel.
Microsoft certifications: Power Platform Fundamentals, Azure Fundamentals, Azure AI Fundamentals.
Experience leading data migrations on at least one project.
