Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Manage the delivery of complex and demanding tax consulting projects.

Qualifications

  • Excellent tax technical expertise.
  • Proven relationship management and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Confident negotiator, able to articulate and defend opinions effectively.
  • Demonstrated business development experience.
  • Strong time management and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Project management skills with a focus on delivery and budget control.
  • Experience advising a range of clients including AIM‑listed, PE‑backed, family‑owned, and other owner‑managed businesses (OMB).
  • Creative and pragmatic problem‑solver.

Desired Additional Qualifications

  • ACA / CTA / Tax Inspector qualification (with full technical training), Law qualification, or equivalent tax specialist qualification.
