You'll work with a high-performing, integrated team that focuses on a variety of global and local corporate clients and private equity clients. With a diverse range of stretching experiences, you will have continuous learning and development opportunities and a great sense of achievement.

As a Senior Consultant, you will play a critical leadership role in all of the firm's work. EY-Parthenon has a flat structure that allows you to become actively involved at many levels of client work. You will often be the primary contact for clients, responsible for developing and executing work plans, and managing associates. Given the demands of such an accelerated role, your skills as a consultant are highly tuned in analytics, communications, teamwork, and leadership.

Internally, you will have leadership responsibilities in areas like recruiting, training, professional development, and key strategic initiatives such as the establishment of new practice areas and generation of proprietary intellectual capital. As a Senior Consultant, you manage the day-to-day delivery of a workstream within a project, managing teams of between 1–3 associates. You begin taking responsibility for developing the recommendations that will ultimately be implemented by our clients, while also learning how to contribute to and grow EY-Parthenon’s business through internal practice building and new business development. You will have opportunities to learn from a wide variety of senior team members through mentorship and coaching. Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently performing primary and secondary research including data gathering, interviews, and surveys
  • Planning and developing analytics, both qualitative and quantitative
  • Developing the story – the output to narrate the solution to the client’s problem, including written output such as slides
  • Managing relationships with client stakeholders
  • Fostering an inclusive culture throughout the team and within engagements
  • Developing a community within the team – volunteering to support internal practice build initiatives such as Learning, Operations, Resourcing, Recruitment, etc.
  • Counselling Associate Consultants to provide career direction and guidance

Qualifications:

  • Educated to bachelor's degree level or equivalent; Masters/MBA/PhD qualification helpful
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in a strategy consulting, transaction advisory, or corporate finance role
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
  • Clear and concise communication skills, engaging effectively with both clients and team members
  • Desire and ability to solve complex and open-ended client problems
