Our current work is typically focused on applying our deep sector & strategy knowledge to various types of projects, including:
- Commercial due diligence
- Strategy development and assessment
- Market entry strategy and opportunity sizing
- Product and business unit strategy development
- Divestment options analysis
You will work with a high-performing, integrated team which focuses on a variety of global and local corporate clients and private equity clients. You will have a diverse range of stretching experiences which will give you continuous learning and development opportunities as well as a great sense of achievement.
Responsibilities
- Lead your teams in independently performing primary and secondary research including data gathering, interviews, and surveys
- Plan and develop analytics, both qualitative and quantitative
- Develop the narrative output — the story to communicate the solution to the client — including written output (slides)
- Manage relationships with client stakeholders
- Foster an inclusive culture throughout the team and within engagements
- Develop a community within the team — volunteering to support the development of an offering or other internal practice build initiatives such as Learning, Operations, Resourcing, Recruitment, etc.
- Counsel Associate Consultants to provide career direction and guidance
- As experience grows, manage day-to-day delivery of a workstream within a project, including teams of between 1 - 3 associates

Qualifications
- Be educated to bachelor's degree level or equivalent; Masters/MBA/PhD qualification helpful
- Have a minimum of 3 years working experience in a strategy consulting, transaction advisory or corporate finance role
- Have both quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
- Be clear and concise in communication and able to engage effectively with clients and team members
- Possess a desire and ability to solve complex and open-ended client problems
- Ideally, be good at building productive working relationships with clients and EY-Parthenon team members
- Enjoy working in a highly collaborative and fast-paced team environment
- Have vitality and a passion for learning and sharing knowledge
- Demonstrate good business acumen and experience, ideally across different sectors
- Have the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
