  • Your Responsibilities
  • Maintain and improve the global skills taxonomy at EY, ensuring it accurately reflects the skills across the organization.
  • Collaborate with internal business leaders and third-party partners to ensure the skills taxonomy is up-to-date.
  • Lead the integration of skills into global technology platforms to enhance Talent and business processes.
  • Utilize analytics to provide insights on skills attributes, supporting key talent activities such as career development and workforce planning.
  • Identify opportunities for implementing AI technologies to enhance the accessibility and maintenance of the global skills taxonomy.
  • Work with the skills transformation project team to communicate requirements and embed them within new implementations.
  • Conduct regular reviews of the skills taxonomy and job architecture with relevant business leaders.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the skills taxonomy includes essential skills for EY’s operations.
  • Anticipate skill gaps and collaborate with Learning & Development (L&D) partners to address these needs.
  • Contribute to the Global Skills strategy, promoting the importance of skills within the organization.
  • Develop proposals for enhancing global skills solutions and the overall career experience at EY.

Requirements

  • A degree in a related field is required; a higher professional qualification or a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a Talent or Consulting role focusing on skills strategy and solutions.
  • Experience in developing technology-enabled Talent solutions and deploying AI at scale.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with senior business and Talent leaders.
  • Experience managing teams to deliver high-quality work efficiently.
  • Ability to assess and scope project initiatives and develop business cases.
  • Strategic and commercial thinking aligned with broader business objectives. Experience working in fast-paced environments to achieve results.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
