Within the professional services environment, effective risk management is essential for delivering client services successfully and for safeguarding and enhancing our brand reputation. The UK&I Conflicts Team operates as part of the UK&I Risk Management Group, which reports directly to senior management.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the UK&I Conflict Team central mailbox, addressing enquiries from partners, employees, and the Global Delivery Service Central Conflicts Team, and efficiently triaging queries to colleagues.
  • Reviewing and approving ring-fencing declarations.
  • Analysing data contained within the firm’s client and engagement management systems.
  • Preparing detailed reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Maintaining dashboards, recording statistics, and monitoring key performance indicators.
  • Assisting with data cleansing initiatives.
  • Reviewing and approving internal billing procedures.
  • Coordinating and implementing departmental projects and strategic initiatives.
  • A self-starter who is highly motivated to learn and develop.
  • Strong analytical and interpretation skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Adaptable with excellent team working skills.
  • Ability to work to pre-determined deadlines and meet objectives under pressure.
