We are looking for dedicated teachers who understand the importance of working with families and colleagues to secure the best outcomes. Inspiring and excellent teachers who can make learning engaging, whilst maintaining high standards and ensuring outstanding progress for all learners.

Teachers who are committed to children's welfare and safeguarding and who fully understand that safeguarding is the role of every member of staff in school. Staff who understand relational behaviour practice. Inclusive practitioners who are dedicated to providing the right scaffolds so that all learners can feel success.

Outward facing individuals who are excited about internal and external collaboration. Teachers who can evidence working well as part of a team. Teachers who fully meet the teacher standards. Teachers who will lead a curriculum subject with passion and enthusiasm, extending learning opportunities beyond the national curriculum.

Someone fully engaged with the wider life of the school and happy to take part in our extra curricular offer, running clubs and attending events. Teachers who take ownership of their development, are dedicated to self improvement and can strongly evidence putting research and training into practice.

Our EY practitioner will be dedicated to providing children with experiences that extend, deepen and enhance. They will understand sustained shared thinking and intensive interaction. They will be an excellent teacher of phonics, understanding that early reading excellence is key to unlocking learning potential. Our EY practitioner will have a comprehensive understanding of all EY statutory frameworks and duties and an excellent understanding of Early childhood education and development.

These posts would be suitable for both experienced teachers or those who are beginning their career as ECTs.
