The predicted salary is between 63000 - 77000 £ per year.

The high-level direction of the transformation has been agreed (known as Project Rocket), and some change initiatives are underway.,

  • Define the future market strategy and expected revenue streams for GCR
  • Define the required operating model (people, process and technology) to best deliver against the market strategy.
  • Redefine metrics and KPIs for GCR and the GCR team to incentivise correct behaviours
  • Plan onshore and offshore FTE to align with transformation objectives
  • Represent GCR with senior leadership to gain their support for the transformation plan.
  • Establish transformation programme with agreed priorities and set milestones
  • Ensure GCR transformation plans align with UKFS and Super Region strategy
  • Liaise with Super Region GCR teams to leverage ongoing SR transformation work. Creative and innovative, must be able to communicate messages to a diverse audience
  • Ability to quickly form relationships with leadership and staff and effectively influence
  • Strong commercial awareness within a professional services construct
  • Proven track record of driving go to market strategies and activities
  • Self-starter able to work effectively as part of a team across geographic boundaries
  • Knowledge of tax process improvement, controls design and improvement
  • Negotiation skills, able to sustain opinion and exhibit strong stakeholder management
  • Team player with ability to create and sustain effective teams
  • Experience of coaching and developing more junior staff
  • Undertaking in depth reviews of the work carried out by the Transition team to ensure it is carried out in accordance to EY Process and Policy At EY, we're all in to shape your future with confidence.
  • To Qualify for this role, you must have;
  • Experience driving go to market strategies/activities
  • Experience driving change by creating then actioning a structured program with regular reporting and stakeholder management

The Opportunity The UK GCR business is expected to undergo significant change in the coming years due to technology improvements and competitor disruption.

The business needs to develop and adopt improved technology across all areas which will lead to significant change in how the business operates both externally (go-to-market strategy) and internally (process change).

At the same time, the mix of work in the GCR business is changing as a result of changes in market demand for the different services we offer.

As well as changes to EY's audit portfolio and delivery model / pricing (as tax audit revenues are a significant part of GCR's overall revenue).
