We are looking for a Product Consultant to help shape the future of Talent/HR Service Delivery at EY. This is a high-impact role at the centre of our transformation agenda — driving innovation through AI, automation, and user experience to deliver smarter, more efficient Talent solutions at scale. You will work across a global ecosystem to translate strategy into tangible outcomes that improve both business performance, service delivery, and employee experiences.
What will you do for Talent/HR Service Delivery
- Lead the design and deployment of Talent solutions across process, technology, and data
- Drive innovation through AI and automation to transform service delivery and user experience
- Contribute to development of the Talent Service Delivery roadmap
- Manage end-to-end delivery across global teams, including both internal and external delivery partners
- Influence senior stakeholders and ensure successful adoption across Regions and Service Lines (business)
- Use insights (data, process mining, employee feedback) to identify opportunities for optimisation and/or enhancements
- Contribute to business cases and prioritisation of strategic initiatives
- Drive simplification and reduce duplication across the Talent ecosystem
What we are looking for
- Strong experience owning a Talent/HR digital product or enterprise platform, with accountability for roadmap, prioritisation, and outcomes
- Extensive knowledge of Talent/HR transformation, service delivery, and process design
- Proven ability to deliver change in complex, global environments
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including at senior levels
- Understanding of core HR technologies (e.g., ServiceNow HRSD, SAP SuccessFactors) and emerging AI/automation trends
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate ideas into practical, scalable solutions
- Analytical mindset, comfortable using data to drive material change in service delivery
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving outcomes in fast-paced environments
- Practical, detail-oriented approach with a strong focus on clarity, simplicity, and employee experience
