The team develops communications and engagement programmes that activate our brand and our purpose internally, so that our partners and people feel connected, understand the role they play in EY's success and do so in a place where they belong.

The Communications & Engagement Senior Executive will specialise in the content and tactical delivery of key internal messaging via a range of channels including listening sessions, events, video and webcasts, email, news stories, intranet, digital design, and social media.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Work closely with colleagues from the Communications & Engagement team to deliver high quality communications to our internal audiences.
  • Liaise with colleagues across the communications function to understand latest messaging and how it can be applied to our target audiences.
  • Access insight and measurement to make informed suggestions for improvement.
  • Work with internal and external suppliers to deliver events where applicable.
  • Project manage key internal engagement programmes.
  • Work across multiple areas of the business with the ability to flex and use experience and input from other projects.

Skills and attributes for success:

The successful candidate will work collaboratively, with a keen eye for detail, to deliver high quality communications that support the business's objectives. Strong skillset in delivery including writing, creativity, collateral production, video, planning, and organisation.

To qualify for the role you must have:

  • Experience of delivering internal communications channels and assets.
  • Ideally, you'll also have experience of a large corporate environment.
