Responsibilities
- Build and maintain tax relationships with clients and provide world‑class levels of client service.
- Assist in winning work by proactively managing existing clients and contributing to new client acquisition.
- Manage the successful delivery of tax projects, ensuring technical excellence and a commercial/deal‑focused approach.
- Contribute to extracting maximum value for both EY and clients from delivered tax services while managing risk appropriately.
- Remain client‑focused and strategically and commercially aware.
- Excellent communicator in a range of situations, both written and orally.
- Build networks and relationships internally and externally for the team to leverage.
- Develop junior staff through effective supervision, coaching and mentoring.
- Play a significant role in managing the team both strategically and operationally, including junior staff development and assignments.
- Serve as an experienced UK tax practitioner with strong review skills and expertise in restructuring tax.
Qualifications
- ACA/ATT/CTA or international equivalent / Law qualification.
- Degree qualified.

- Experience in UK tax compliance.
- Additional desirable experience includes project management and UK tax compliance expertise.
