The financial transactions TP ("FTTP") team supports large multinational enterprises with transfer pricing considerations relevant for loans, cash pooling, guarantees, hedging arrangements, trade finance and Treasury functions. We work with clients across the transfer pricing lifecycle, supporting design, implementation, documentation and controversy for the TP of these transactions. As a member of this team, you will gain exposure to key accounts and private‑market clients across industries, working on high‑profile transactions, controversy projects, cutting‑edge design projects, and global documentation projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the successful delivery of transfer pricing projects, ensuring technical excellence and a practical/business‑focused approach.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Assist in winning work by proactively managing existing clients and contributing to new client acquisition, generating value for both EY and clients while managing risk appropriately.
  • Integrate quickly with new teams as a team player.
  • Deliver quality output with strong relationship skills.
  • Demonstrate strong technical skills (focused on financial concepts and economics); stay keen to develop further.
  • Communicate effectively, both written and orally.
  • Identify areas of risk, conduct effective reviews, and know when to refer or consult upwards.
  • Maintain a client‑focused and commercially aware mindset, with strategic and commercial awareness.
