As an Executive in the practice, you will be an important part of our award-winning team. You will work at the forefront of valuation services for PE-backed, VC-backed and multinational companies, supporting high‑profile clients and driving career progression.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out valuations, modelling and pricing.
- Develop solutions for external and internal clients based on sound quantitative models.
- Collect and analyse financial market data and time series.
- Review complex quantitative models developed by clients or third parties.
- Participate in presenting results to clients and prepare supporting reports.
- Assist senior consulting staff with analytics.
- Work within available budgets and tight timelines while keeping the assignment manager updated on progress.
Qualifications:
- Proven valuation experience, ideally from a consultancy environment.
- Understanding of the capital structure of PE-backed and VC-backed companies.
- Strong modelling skills combined with first‑class numeracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to train others and client‑focused attitude.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability and motivation to work in a transaction‑related environment that involves tight timelines.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous valuation experience in professional services, including Big 4 or boutique advisory firms.
- ACA/ACCA/CFA qualification or MBA/Master in Finance.
