In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of managing change initiatives for strategic projects, including global technology deployments and behavioural change initiatives within UKFS and UK&I. Your mission will be to empower our people, ensuring they are equipped and ready to embrace change.

The opportunity

As a Change Manager, you will own the delivery of change management activities for strategic projects covering CBS and cross-organisation audiences. You will promote and educate on best practice change principles and demonstrate change leadership to ensure behavioural change is achieved.

Your key responsibilities

  • Directly lead and deliver the change management scope on major initiatives, owning change activities including developing the change approach, completing impact assessment, plan and delivery of interventions, identifying measures of success and assessing business readiness.
  • Provide support, guidance and education to Project and Change Managers, and wider CBS teams to ensure successful implementation of change methods for all projects.
  • Maintain oversight of project impacts and populations impacted, initiating actions to minimize disruption to the business.
  • Help embed a spirit of change leadership, innovation and disruption in the CBS organisation and wider within EY.
  • Develop & maintain strong business relationships with the CBS functions and other stakeholders based on the needs of individual projects.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • Prior experience working as a change manager, or in a similar job role.
  • Extensive experience and a deep understanding of the critical role change management plays in the success of programme and project delivery.
  • Proficiency in change management practices, principles, frameworks and tools.
