The UK Legal team covers all legal issues arising from the running of a professional services business. It is highly varied and constantly finds innovative ways to help client businesses. This role is part of the Commercial Team in the General Counsel’s Office, based in London Bridge.

Responsibilities

  • Advising on, drafting and negotiating contracts such as Master Services Agreements, Global Framework Agreements, large complex commercial contracts, managed services and outsourcing agreements, subcontracts, collaboration agreements, software and licensing agreements (traditional and SaaS) and government/public sector agreements.
  • Advising on the use of technology, including GenAI, and the provision of technology‑related services.
  • Advising on tenders and RFP responses, and on contracts with suppliers.
  • Providing legal advice to the firm’s service lines and internal support functions such as real estate, facilities, procurement, finance, Talent, IT, knowledge and marketing.
  • Opportunity to be the legal lead on firm‑wide projects.

  • 8+ years of post‑qualification experience.
  • Significant in‑house experience.
  • Ability to deliver practical legal advice and support at a high level of professionalism in a fast‑paced environment and to establish credibility, respect and trust at all levels, including senior firm members.
  • Self‑starter, adept at responding promptly and juggling deadlines while building relationships based on trust and confidence.
  • Ideally, experience advising on the use of GenAI in the context of service provision and experience using GenAI in the provision of legal services.
