Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership to build, inspire, and sustain high‑performing teams and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration across the practice.
- Ensure delivery of quality work and take day‑to‑day leadership of the delivery team.

- Shape and execute the team's strategic and operational direction.

Qualifications
- Significant experience (8+ years) in UK indirect tax advisory, including complex cross‑border indirect tax projects from a large accountancy or in‑house team.
- Proven track record in VAT advisory at a senior level, with the ability to manage complex client engagements.
- Experience in other indirect taxes and emerging technologies is desirable.
- Professional qualifications: ACA, ACCA, ATT, CTA or equivalent breadth of knowledge.
