As you build on your knowledge and experience of PCAOB, US GAAP and SEC accounting and reporting requirements, you will become a trusted advisor to clients and engagement teams., Fully qualified as a US CPA or UK equivalent.
- 3-5 years' PCAOB audit experience.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, with baseline IFRS.
- Experience providing services to clients undertaking capital raising activities.
- Demonstrated project management and team coordination skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills., You will possess strong knowledge and practical experience working on PCAOB audits, including internal controls, capital raising transactions and complex accounting matters.
