  • Utilizing your skills with PCAOB audits, US GAAP, SOX and SEC reporting.
  • Supporting the delivery of technical accounting and capital markets advisory engagements.

As you build on your knowledge and experience of PCAOB, US GAAP and SEC accounting and reporting requirements, you will become a trusted advisor to clients and engagement teams., Fully qualified as a US CPA or UK equivalent.

  • 3-5 years' PCAOB audit experience.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, with baseline IFRS.
  • Experience providing services to clients undertaking capital raising activities.
  • Demonstrated project management and team coordination skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills., You will possess strong knowledge and practical experience working on PCAOB audits, including internal controls, capital raising transactions and complex accounting matters.

This role requires a proactive professional who can communicate effectively, collaborate across teams and deliver high-quality client service in a fast-paced international environment.
