Opportunity
We are seeking Intelligent Automation Consultants who are highly competent in IA and AI to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, deploy and manage automation solutions using Ui Path, Microsoft Power Platform, Python and other relevant technologies.
- Engage with clients at all levels across business and technology functions.
- Nurture long‑term trusted advisor relationships.
- Train and manage junior staff and client staff, including quality assurance of client deliverables.
- Respond to client requirements and provide subject matter expertise.
- Apply pragmatic, adaptable problem‑solving to define innovative solutions for unique problems.
- Continuously build capability in own skill set and master key technical, functional and professional skills.
- Demonstrate proficiency in written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing.
- Research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies.
- Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in consulting, business analysis, project management or development in the area of Intelligent Automation.
- Proficiency or certification in Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Office tools, Ui Path, Blue Prism, Pega, Automation Anywhere and/or other relevant tools.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work on complex projects and deliver actionable insights.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
