Our diverse, collaborative team advises on high‑profile transactions, combining technical expertise, innovation and a genuine focus on continuous development. Join us to work on challenging, multi‑country projects in a supportive, dynamic environment where your impact truly matters.
Tax departments today face more challenges than ever before. They must deliver their basic compliance and reporting commitments with reducing resources, aging systems and increased internal pressures, while also facing the scrutiny of digital tax authorities who are becoming more invasive and demanding more data more frequently. For many tax functions this situation is unsustainable and change is needed urgently. The EY Innovation Hive team within our Tax Technology & Transformation team specialises in helping clients navigate these challenges by bringing the most advanced technology platforms and tools to address their needs.
Your key responsibilities
- Develop excellent relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, supporting them with identifying new ways to use technology and advising them on the best way to implement these solutions.
- Give live demonstrations of EY’s technology offerings to internal and external stakeholders, advising on the best solutions to meet client challenges.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and work closely with our product team to share feedback and suggest solutions.
- Support go‑to‑market activities including drafting proposal materials, running training sessions, software implementations and ongoing support to ensure our clients have the best experience with the solution.
- Support technology implementations for clients, building strong relationships and providing advice throughout the delivery of the engagement.
- Work with wider EY teams to identify new opportunities for selling software to EY’s clients, and identifying areas where we can enhance and optimise the delivery of our services using technology.
- Work with internal EY tax teams to support delivery of complex managed services engagements that utilise EY’s technology assets.
Skills and attributes for success
What we look for:
- Minimum of 3 years of Big 4 experience, or equivalent in‑house or consulting experience.
- Professional experience in managing and delivering client engagements including scoping, managing delivery risk, execution, quality and review of deliverables.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both senior and junior stakeholders.
- Strong time management skills and an ability to work efficiently with little supervision, prioritising shifting workloads as needed in a fast‑changing environment.
- A passion for technology and a desire to learn more about how technology can be used to help support our clients.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.).
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- Accounting or Tax qualification (e.g. ACA, CTA, ATT).
- Prior experience working in a tax, technology or business transformation role.
- Working knowledge of tax regulation and processes (e.g. FATCA/CRS, Corporate Tax, Indirect Tax etc.).
- Previous experience supporting clients to implement technology solutions.

- Curious – you like to understand why things are done the way they are and how they could be continuously improved. You are eager to learn about EY, our clients and their businesses.
